How To Download YouTube Videos Without Any Software Or Browser Addons

Let me start by saying, downloading videos from YouTube can’t get any easier than this. Lets look at the steps to download YouTube Videos anywhere, anytime with ease.
Step 1: Open the page for your favorite video on YouTube.com
Step 2: Click on the address bar, and carefully replace the term “youtube” in the url to “voobys”
Before:

After:
Make sure, you do not change anything else in the URL. Once you replace the term as shown above, hit enter key.
Step 3: Allow Java to run on the website and download the video version you want
The Voobys website uses Java Applet to convert the video to downloadable format.  Allow it to run.
Once you click on “Run”, the Java will work its magic and create different versions of the video – ready to be downloaded.
Now the videos in YouTube come in various versions ranging from 240p to 720 or 1020p HD formats. This tool creates different versions based upon the versions available on the YouTube website.
The video we worked on had 4 version ranging from 240p to 720p, hence we see 4 different download options

Install and Boot Windows 98 SE on a Flash Drive

I spent just about a month on this. You can run Windows 98 SE on you usb flash drive, but when doing this you have no access to your computers hard drive. You can restart your PC\Laptop to boot onto your hard drive. No worries!!  (I take no responsibility for any damage that may happen, and I take no responsiblity to what is done with this)

Requirements: 1 USB Flash Drive (Its a little easier if you have 2 of them though >_<) It must be at least 1 GB. An original copy of Windows 98 SE. (I never tested this on the original edition) OKE DOOKIE! LETS GET STARTED! 1) Download win98boot HERE Extract it to a temporary folder like on desktop.
2) Download HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool from google by serching(HP USB Disk Storage Format Too donload)
3) Install HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool and run it
4) Insert your USB Flash Drive
5) Use the Program to format your flash drive into "fat32" and check "create a dos startup disk"
6) Browse and locate the "win98boot" folder.
7) Begin the format process.

Now insert your Windows 98 SE CD.
9) Copy the whole CD to your 2nd flash drive (Unless you only have 1 to begin with, Make a folder called "WIN98SETUP" on your flash drive, and copy the contents to the CD in that folder)
10) The copy process could take time >_<
11) When its done copying restart your PC\Laptop.
12) When it starts to start up go to boot order and choose to boot from your flash drive.
13) A screen saying "WINDOWS 98" will quickly appear and then disappear.
14) Now your on the command prompt, type "D:" (If your the installation is on this Flash Drive then type "cd\WIN98SETUP"
15) Now type "setup /c /it /p a;b" *without quotations.
16) Follow the installation instructions
17) If you get any errors at the start of it just continue like normal, Once you get to driver detect it will prompt you before installing any drivers. Only click "YES" to the drivers you are comfortable with and think that the windows 98 disk has the drivers to. "I have clicked "No" to everything and still have a success.
18) You may get an error about not installing Java, ignore it.
19) It should Install normal from here!! Good Luck!!

*Note - Im still working on installing drivers for my Acer Aspire One, no luck so far. Also, you wont have USB support. I know that sounds wierd since your booted off of a USB stick but.....yeah lol

How to create Windows 8 To Go USB drive

32GB or larger USB drive
Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK)
Windows 8 DVD or ISO
How To:

First of all, Windows To Go needs a primary, active partition in order to boot from USB drive, so let’s create a new primary partition and make it active. Here we use DISKPART utility therefore Run Command Prompt as Administrator and execute the following list of commands one by one:

diskpart
Run Disk partition utility

list disk
To get disk index that is used to perform disk partitioning.

select disk 1
Selects disk to perform disk partitioning.

clean
Flush all your existing partitions in USB drive.

create partition primary
Creates a partition as primary partition.

format fs=ntfs quick
Formats the current partition quickly

active
Sets the partition as active to hold bootmgr.

exit
Quits DISKPART utility
Now mount/copy/extract install.wim from Windows 8 ISO/DVD (install.wim is located under sources folder)
Now Run Deployment Tools Command Prompt as Administrator (If UAC is enabled) - Start > All Programs > Microsoft Windows AIK > Deployment Tools Command Prompt and execute the following command to clone Windows 8 to USB drive.
imagex /apply D:\\Sources\\Install.Wim 1  E:\\
Copy the OS files (which has Index #1) to E: (USB drive)
Let imagex.exe finish and then execute the following command to copy critical boot files to the USB drive’s partition and to create a new system BCD store.
bcdboot E:\\Windows /s E: /f
Now reboot your computer and boot from USB drive. When Windows To Go drive boots, it will detect all hardware on the computer and load or install correct drivers automatically while logging on.

how to enable windows 7 god mode

Create a shortcut with following path and set desired icon:

explorer.exe shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
Note: Sometimes…it kills explorer.exe using Method 1! probably Windows Vista x64 editions. Therefore I suggest to use Method 2.
To get rid of this issue, Boot into Safe Mode with Command Prompt and delete that folder. For eg. You created a folder Master Control.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} on desktop, So either navigate to Desktop folder execute the following command:

RmDir “Master Control.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”
Or type the absolute path of folder, like-

RmDir “C:\Users\<User-Name>\Desktop\Master Control.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”

windows7 Keyboard Shortcuts

Using the mouse, you can drag-”˜n-dock windows to either side of the screen, or drag it to the top to maximize it. These keyboard shortcuts are even faster:

Win+Left Arrow and Win+Right Arrow dock the window to the left and right side of the screen
Win+Up Arrow and Win+Down Arrow maximize and restore/minimize
Win+M minimizes everything
Alt+Up, Alt+Left Arrow, Alt+Right Arrow navigate to parent folder, or browse Back and Forward through folders in Explorer
Win+Home minimizes/restores all open windows except the active window
Alt+Win+# accesses the Jump List of program number ‘#’ on the taskbar

How to manually root almost any Android device

Yesterday, we talked about rooting your Android device and all the advantages root gives you. If that made you want to root, there are a couple ways you can go about it.
The easiest method is to use a one-click application solution like unrEVOked, but it only supports certain devices. SuperOneClick is a similar application that supports almost any device, but I cannot always get it to work with my computer.
In my experience, I have found that the most reliable root method is to simply run the commands yourself. It may be a little more difficult than the one-click solutions, but it is practically guaranteed to work.
Even so, you should still read through the directions before you begin, and if you are not comfortable with any of the steps, then you should probably not attempt to root. This is a fairly advanced tutorial, so make sure you're prepared for some bumps, even though there shouldn't be any.
Rooting gives you valuable experience with ADB, knowledge of root methods, and in general a better ability to solve problems with your device as well. Still, you do not need to do this if one-click solutions have worked for you, or if you do not feel comfortable with the process. If you do want to learn more about Android by manually rooting your device, just keep in mind that you root at your own risk, and any damage to your device is your fault.
Prerequisites
There are a few things that you need to have before you start rooting. Obviously, you will need an Android device with Android 1.5 or higher and a USB cable to connect it to your computer. You will also need to have some files from thisSuperOneClick .zip and the Android SDK/ADB up and running on your computer. If you are unfamiliar with ADB, our sister site GoodAndEvo has an awesome ADB tutorial that should get you up to speed.
First, we need to move some files around to make running commands a bit easier.
Unzip the SuperOneClick .zip and pull out the su-v3, busybox, Superuser.apk, psneuter, and GingerBreak files. Rename su-v3 to su, and place the files in your ADB Platform-tools directory, which is contained in the Android SDK folder on your computer.
If you are on Windows, you will also need to have proper drivers for your phone installed. These can usually be found by going either to the manufacturer website or searching for the name of your phone and the word "drivers." Once you find drivers, download and install them like any other application.
Rooting your device
Now that you have ADB setup and the proper exploit files, you are finally ready to root. Still, before you start running commands, you need to put your phone in USB debugging mode (settings > applications > development > enable USB debugging) and connect it to your computer.
With that out of the way, you can finally open command prompt to run some commands.
To open the command prompt in Windows, just click on Start, then Run, and type cmd.exe. In Linux, open whichever terminal emulator suits you. Once you have a command prompt, you need to enter your platform-tools folder, also called a directory. You can use the "cd" or change directory command to accomplish this. If your sdk folder is called "android-sdk" the command should look like this: cd android-sdk_r11-windows/platform-tools.
This command will leave you with a shell prompt in the platform-tools directory. From here, you can run the commands that will actually root your phone. Be sure to run these commands exactly as they are written. The commands with an "$" or "#" will only run after the "adb shell" command.
First, here are the commands that run the psneuter exploit and gain a root shell.
adb devices
adb push psneuter /data/local/tmp
adb shell
$ cd /data/local/tmp
$ chmod 777 psneuter
$ ./psneuter
At this point, the exploit will run and close the shell. You will need to run these commands to restart the ADB server.
adb kill-server
adb devices
Now comes the moment of truth. Use the
adb shell
command to open a shell. If you see a "#" sign, you have root access, so go ahead and continue to the next part of this tutorial. If not, you can go back and try the previous steps again, or ask for help in the comments.
We now need to make this root permanent. From the root shell you just opened, type the following commands.
# mount -o remount,rw -t rfs /dev/block/st19 /system
# exit
adb push busybox /system/bin
adb push su /system/bin
adb install Superuser.apk
adb shell
# chmod 4755 /system/bin/busybox
# chmod 4755 /system/bin/su
# mount -o remount,ro -t rfs /dev/block/st19 /system
# exit
adb reboot
At this point, your device should reboot. You can check for the Superuser icon in the app drawer, and then try a root only app like Titanium Backup. If that works, congratulations. You have successfully rooted your Android device. Prepare to enjoy all the benefits of root.
If you are having trouble with this tutorial or want to offer others a tip, please leave a comment and I will do my best to respond.

Spoof MAC Address in Android

Some WiFi internet providers use MAC Address for verification and access to network. You can spoof your system’s MAC address to your Android phone and access internet on mobile.

Requirements

Rooted Android Phone
Busybox
Any Android terminal application
Open terminal app in phone and type

su

busybox iplink show eth0

This will show the current MAC address of your phone.

busybox iplink set eth0 00:00:00:00:00:00

replace 00:00:00:00:00:00 with your required MAC address.

If you have installed busybox from Titanium Backup program, you can access busybox from following directory.

/data/data/com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup/files/

/data/data/com.keramidas.TitaniumBackup/files/busybox iplink show eth0

Change the MAC Address of NIC in Windows via Registry

Open a command prompt.
Type the following command and hit Enter.
ipconfig /all
Record down the Description and the Physical Address (is MAC address) of the active network connection (discard those with Media Disconnected state).
For example, in figure above, Description is Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN and MAC address is in the format of 00-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX.
In the command prompt also, type the following command and hit Enter.
net config rdr
Record down the GUID for the MAC address for the active connection’s NIC which MAC address to be changed. The GUID is contained within the { and } brackets right in front of the MAC address as shown in figure below.
Type regedt32 or regedit in Start -> Run box or in Start Search for Windows Vista. Note: for Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000, regedt32 must be used.
Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Expand the {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} tree, and there will be more sub-keys in the form of 0000, 0001, 0002 and so on.
Go through each sub-key starting from 0000, look for subkey that has DriverDesc value data that matches NIC description copied from step above, that want its MAC address to be changed. In most cases, it will be similar to the network adapter card name.
To verify that the subkey found is indeed a correct one, check the value of the NetCfgInstanceId, which should have the same value with the NIC’s GUID taken from step above.
Once a sub-key is matched to the network interface card that MAC address want to be spoofed, select and highlight the subkey. Right click on the sub-key (for example, 0000), then select New ->String Value. Name the new value name as NetworkAddress.
Note: If NetworkAddress REG_SZ registry key is already existed in the right pane, skip this step.
The double click on NetworkAddress and enter a new MAC address as its value data.
Note that the 12-digit MAC address in hexadecimal format, and should be entered without any dash (-). For example, 1A2B3C4D5E6F.
Reboot the system to make the new MAC address effective. Alternatively, if you don’t want to restart the system, try to disable and then re-enable the network adapter in Device Manager.
To verify the change of MAC address, go to command prompt, then type in one of the following commands:
ipconfig /all
net config rdr
Note: To restore or reset back to true original hardware burned-in MAC address, remove the NetworkAddress registry key that is been added.
Alternative: Third party tools and utilities to change the MAC address in Windows operating system are plenty, for example: SMAC (direct download link to smac20_setup.ex, supports Windows Vista, XP, 2003, 2000), Macshift (direct download link to macshift.zip, for Windows XP), BMAC (almost identical SMAC MAC changer clone by moorer-software.com), Mac MakeUp (direct download link tomacmakeup.zip, for Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista), MadMACs (MAC Address Spoofing And Host Name Randomizing App For Windows, directly download MadMACs.zip), EtherChange (direct download link to etherchange.exe), and Technitium MAC Address Changer (for Windows 2000 / XP / Server 2003 / Vista / Server 2008).

Hide text file behind text file

n the NTFS file system When you create a new file , one unnamed default stream is created to store all data written to the file.Since NTFS file system in Windows 2000 or above supports Alternate Data Streams, you are allowed to create additional streams for text file. All data stored in the addition streams will be hidden and no one will be able to read the data. This may be useful when you would like to hide some sensitive info from being read by others when sharing the file to public.

What is Alternate Data Stream??

In simple words it is a facility to hide data behind data.

This can be used to hide malicious virus files behind other text or graphic files.

How to hide text file behind a text file??

Here is an example to hide text file behind a text file.

1> Create a text file using Command Prompt.

Go to Run, type cmd. Change the directory if you want.

Type
echo
etricks.txt:hidden

Here hidden is alternate data stream created along with etricks.txt

2>To enter data using that hidden data stream type

notepad etricks.txt:hidden

You will see a popup saying “Cannot find the C:\etricks.txt:Hidden.txt file”. Do you want to create a new file?”.

click yes.

3> Type anything you want and press ctrl+s.

4> Now go to C drive. There won’t be any such file. You will see etricks.txt only.

5> To view data in hidden file go to cmd and type

notepad etricks.txt:hidden

and now you can see the data in etricks.txt:hidden.txt

How to Change MAC Address (MAC Spoofing) in Linux and *nix

To change your MAC address in Linux and most Unix-like (*nix) system, run the following script commands:
ifconfig <interface> down

ifconfig <interface> hw <class> <MAC address>

ifconfig <interface> up
For example, the command looks lik “ifconfig eth0 down hw ether 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F”. First command brings down the network interface, second command change its MAC address while third command bring up the interface again. Note that in some cases, to bring down and bring up the network interface, the following commands have to be used:
/etc/init.d/networking stop or /etc/init.d/network stop (in the case of Fedora Core 5)
/etc/init.d/networking start or /etc/init.d/network stop (in the case of Fedora Core 5)
Alternatively, for Fedora Code 5 Linux with Iproute2 tools installed, the following commands also can change the MAC address to spoofed version:
/etc/init.d/network stop

ip link set <interface> address 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F

/etc/init.d/network start
For example, “ip link set eth0 address 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F”. To check whether the MAC address has been spoofed, use ip link ls eth0 or ip addr ls eth0 instead of using ifconfig eth0.

How to Make the Spoofed MAC Address Permanently Even After Reboot in Linux

Edit the ifcfg-eth0 file (or other similar file if you’re changing different interface), add the following variable line to the file:
MACADDR=12:34:56:78:90:ab
Then run service network restart to make the change effective immediately.

How to Make the Spoofed MAC Address Permanently on Restart in Debian

Edit the /etc/network/interfaces file and add in the following variable line to the appropriate section so that the MAC address is set when the network device is started.
hwaddress <interface> 02:01:02:03:04:08
For example, “hwaddress ether 02:01:02:03:04:08″.
Alternative: GNU Mac Changer fom(http://www.alobbs.com/macchanger/) (for Debian, Slackware, ArchLinux, Mandrake, Crux and other RPM-based distributions such as Fedora, Red Hat, CentOS, ASPLinux, SUSE Linux, OpenSUSE and etc.

How to Change MAC Address (MAC Spoofing) in BSD or FreeBSD

Issue the following commands in shell:
ifconfig <interface> down

ifconfig <interface> <class> <MAC address>

ifconfig <interface> up
First command brings down the network interface (optional), second command change its MAC address while third command bring up the interface again (optional). For example, the command looks lik “ifconfig xl0 link 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F” or “ifconfig fxp0 ether 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F”

How to Change MAC address in Solaris

The shell command to change the MAC address in Sun Solaris is as below:
ifconfig <interface> <class> <address>
For example, the command looks like “ifconfig hme0 ether 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F”. Note that the change is temporary that does not persist after a reboot. To make this change permanent, the command can be placed in a runtime control script (/sbin/sh).

How to Spoof MAC Address in HP-UX

It’s possible to change MAC address using HP-UX SAM. Select Networking and Communications, then selecting the interface, then click on Action -> Modify -> Advanced Options. Finally, change the value of station address, which is MAC address name in HP-UX.
How to Spoof and Change MAC Address in OpenBSD
Use the following command to change MAC Address to spoofed MAC in OpenBSD (after version 3.8):
ifconfig <interface> lladdr <MAC address>
For example, “ifconfig bge3 lladdr 1A:2B:3C:4D:5E:6F”.

How to Change to Spoofed MAC Address Permanently in OpenBSD

To make the MAC address changed at boot before network connection is established, and even before parsing of hostname.* file, edit the /etc/netstart file to add in the following lines before the line of “# Now parse the hostname.* file”:
if [ "$if" = "INTERFACE" ]; then
ifconfig <interface> lladdr <MAC address in format of 00:00:00:00:00:00>
fi
# Now parse the hostname.* file
....

How to Change MAC Address in Mac OS X

Since Mac OS X 10.4.x (Darwin 8.x) onwards, the MAC address of wired Ethernet interface can be altered in Apple Mac OS X in a fashion similar to the Linux and FreeBSD methods. To do so, type the following command in Terminal.app:
sudo ifconfig en0 ether aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff
or
sudo ifconfig en0 lladdr aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff (for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard)
where en0 is the network interface (numbered from en0, en1, en2 …) and aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff is the desired MAC address in hex notation.

How_to_get_MAC_address_of_a_WLAN_device

The MAC address of a WLAN device can be retrieved by the code *#MAC0WLAN# on the standby screen (that's same as *#62209526#).

How can I increase my hard disk speed in Windows ?

First Common method is Defragment.. but 2nd Method

To speed up your hard disk speed we need to configure a special buffer in the computer's memory in order to enable it to better deal with interrupts made from the disk.

This tip is only recommended if you have 256MB RAM or higher.

Follow these steps:

1.Run SYSEDIT.EXE from the Run command.
2.Expand the system.ini file window.
3.Scroll down almost to the end of the file till you find a line called [386enh].
4.Press Enter to make one blank line, and in that line type

Irq14=4096

Note: This line IS CASE SENSITIVE!!!

5.Click on the File menu, then choose Save.
6.Close SYSEDIT and reboot your computer.

Done. Speed improvement will be noticed after the computer reboots.

Note: The most speed improvement is visible with IDE drives, however there are reports that this tweak also does good for SCSI disks. In any case, it won't harm your system, so why not try it yourself and let me know what you find.

How To Hack BIOS Password

Turn the PC off (this means a total shutdown, not merely standby or hibernate mode) and disconnect the AC power cord.

Remove the cover from your system (this step may require tools, undoing a thumbscrew, or flipping a latch or two).

Refer to the user manual for the motherboard to find out how to "reset CMOS" memory. You may also find a label for specific jumper or switch settings marked on the system board.

Change the switch setting or jumper position to a specific position or remove the jumper entirely as prescribed in the manual to clear or reset the CMOS memory.

Wait 20-30 seconds for the memory to clear out from lack of power.

After 20-30 seconds put the switch or jumper the way it was before for normal use.

Reconnect the power cord and start up the system to see if the settings have changed to defaults.

Shut the PC down, disconnect the power cord, replace the cover, reconnect the power, and power up the PC.

Enter the BIOS setup program to configure the system as needed. This may include setting the date and time, selecting disk drive parameters, and selecting which devices the system uses to boot up with first.
